Cécile was born about 1096 in Normandie , the daughter of Robert de Rumilly but her mother is unknown.
She died about 1151 in Craven, West Riding, Yorkshire, England.
Her husband was Guillaume de Briquessart, who she married in ABT 1116. The place has not been found. Their three known children were Alice (c1116-1187), Avicie (c1128-1187) and Maud (1126-1191).
